A $4.1 million penthouse sale was achieved in Azure’s One Earle Lane just weeks after its launch to market.

"Additionally, the buyer was considering a nearby development which did offer river views but was swayed by the opportunity and location of the penthouse at One Earle Lane, emphasising that a river view wasn’t the sole determining factor.”

Azure’s active portfolio, valued at over $500 million, Oakmont, One Five Six and Dahlia with a future pipeline exceeding of $1.3 billion.
