After just three days on the market, a seventh-floor sky home in Perspective Two Sea at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast has resold for more than $7.6 million, almost double its initial sale price merely nine months after settlement of its initial purchase for $3.95 million.

The absolute beachfront sky home in Sherpa Property Group’s groundbreaking beachfront project has unparalleled views of the iconic coastline including Burleigh Headland and the Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta skylines.

The luxurious 391 sqm, full-floor residence offers four-bedrooms, each with matching luxe ensuites, a media lounge with a wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry, built-in bar, and statement island.

The 207/2C Twenty Seventh Avenue residence first sold off the plan in May 2021 for $3.95 million and settled in July 2023.

This rare resale is one of only two resales that Sherpa has experienced in the project with the company’s boutique luxury beachfront projects tightly held by owner occupiers and downsizers.

The first re-sale was the ground floor villa in Perspective Two Sea sold for $5.5 million in January 2024, after being initially purchased off the plan for $4.5 million by Brisbane and New Zealand buyers.

General Manager of Sherpa Property Group, Daniel Clarke said that resale showed the strength of the luxury beachfront market and the quality of the design and build.

“Part of the Sherpa ethos is the create residences of distinction at a price point that will naturally lead to buyer value due to location and quality,” said Mr Clarke.

“In addition, it just demonstrates the continued strength of the luxury beachfront market for completed apartments at a time when delivery is increasingly challenging especially for apartments of this size and calibre.”

Licensed Real Estate Agent, Troy Dowker of Kollosche was appointed to sell the property which sold after only three days on the market prior to auction.

“The overseas buyer was incredibly happy with their purchase and how perfectly this product suited their needs, their new residence brings them closer to their family and very close friends that are locals of Palm Beach,” said Mr Dowker.

Perspective Two Sea is positioned within walking distance of the pristine beaches of the Gold Coast Oceanway, only 400m from the Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club and Espresso Moto and within 3km proximity of The Collective and Balboa Italian.

Sherpa Property Group has a strong portfolio of projects along the Gold Coast including its most recently completed Perspective on Albatross, recently commenced Perspective Nexus, and recently acquired Vantage Freedom.

Having completed 11 projects on the Gold Coast over the past six years, Sherpa is progressing plans for other sites with a view to create premium living spaces that meet the requirements of discerning buyers looking for a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
